Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of automotive parts, we cannot accept returns once an item has been installed, wired, or used. This includes electrical components (lights, mirrors with sensors or heating elements, wiring harnesses), custom or special-order parts, parts painted to match your vehicle, items with broken factory seals or removed protective film, and clearance or final-sale items.
Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection costs.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded (less any applicable restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
